This Privacy Policy explains how JT Marketing (trading as Authentic Gentleman) — “we,” “us,” or “our” — collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit authenticgentleman.com or purchase our products.

1. What information we collect
Information you give us directly
Contact form. When you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. Messages are submitted via Formspree and are not stored on our own servers.
Email opt-in. If you sign up to receive our free eBook or marketing emails, we collect your email address.
Course purchase. When you purchase a course, we receive your name and email address to fulfil your order. All payment processing — including card details — is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number or payment credentials.
Information collected automatically
Analytics (with your consent). If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects your anonymised IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, time on site, and how you arrived at the site. We use this only to understand and improve the site.
Cookies and local storage. We use a small number of cookies and a local storage entry to remember your consent preferences and (if you consent) to run analytics and display embedded content. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.

- Consent — contact form processing, marketing emails, and analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 7).
- Performance of a contract — processing your purchase and delivering your course.
- Legitimate interests — security and fraud prevention, where our interests do not override your rights.

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the site. Non-essential services (analytics, embeds) only receive data if you have given your consent.

5. International transfers
We are based in Singapore. Some of our third-party providers are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards — typically the provider’s Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent certification. Withdrawing specific consents
Marketing emails: Click the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or contact us directly.

Our site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
