These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of authenticgentleman.com, and any products or services offered by JT Marketing (trading as Authentic Gentleman). By using this site you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
This site and its products are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the site or purchase our products.
2. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, images, course materials, PDF guides, the Affinity Method system, and all related frameworks and concepts — is owned by JT Marketing or used under licence. Nothing on this site transfers any ownership rights to you.
Purchasing a course or eBook gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own private learning. You may not:
- Share, upload, or distribute purchased materials to any other person
- Reproduce or republish any content from this site without our written permission
- Use our content, methods, or frameworks to develop or sell competing products or services
3. Products and services
Digital courses and eBooks
Courses and eBooks are delivered as PDF files to the email address you provide at checkout, typically within minutes of payment confirmation. Products are for personal use only. There is no ongoing subscription, login, or course platform — you receive the files and they are yours to keep.
Coaching
Coaching enquiries are handled directly by Jiron Tan. Any coaching engagement is subject to a separate agreement confirmed between us before work begins. Nothing on this site constitutes a commitment to provide coaching services.
Free resources
Free content — including blog posts, the free eBook, and any other lead magnets — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. See Section 6 for the results disclaimer that applies to all content on this site.
4. Payment
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method for the stated amount. We do not store your card details.
Prices may change at any time. The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay.
5. Refund policy
Because our products are delivered digitally and immediately, all sales are final as a general rule. However, if you have genuinely worked through the course material and it has not helped you, contact us at jiron@authenticgentleman.com and we will consider your request on its merits.
No refunds are issued for free lead magnets, previously accessed coaching sessions, or change-of-mind purchases where the material has been downloaded.
6. Results disclaimer
All content on this site — including courses, eBooks, blog posts, and coaching — is educational in nature. It is designed to help you develop skills and understanding, not to guarantee specific outcomes.
Dating, attraction, and relationships are complex and depend on many factors outside our control, including your individual circumstances, the choices of other people, and how consistently you apply what you learn. We make no guarantee that using our methods will result in any specific outcome — including dates, relationships, or any other result.
Testimonials and results shared on this site reflect the individual experiences of specific clients. They are illustrative of what some people have achieved and are not a representation of what you will or should expect to achieve. Your results will vary.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JT Marketing and Jiron Tan will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any kind arising from:

Where our liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, or your use of this site, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that does not permit the exclusion of statutory consumer rights, those rights remain unaffected by these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If the changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
